Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the pet is in its original packaging and unused condition. If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Most FurReal pets use standard AA or C batteries, which are widely available. Some pets include accessories like feeding bottles, brushes, or leashes in the box. Battery requirements are listed on each product page, and we recommend keeping spare batteries on hand for uninterrupted play.

Surface-clean the faux fur with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding the electronic components and battery compartment. Never submerge the pet in water or use harsh chemicals. For tougher stains, a soft brush and gentle spot treatment work well. Always remove batteries before cleaning.
